PRE APPOINTMENT DETAILS

When booking with Boujee Balloons. We strive to meet ALL our customer’s needs. Customer service is our top priority. Please allow 1-3 weeks in advance for planning and prepping for large balloon setups. Once event is scheduled and booked on event day, please arrive 10 mins prior to balloon arrival. Helps prevent time overflow with other events scheduled same day.

Cancellation Policy

If customer has to cancel event due to personal reasons. Boujee Balloons offers 1 reschedule withing 3 months of booking. NO CASH REFUND, NO CARD REFUNDS!

Payment Policy

50% of Payment is due when booking to reserve your event date. Other half due 2 days before event. If deposit is not received within 3 days of issued invoice. EVENT IS SUBJECT TO CANCELLATION. NO DEPOSIT NO SCHEDULED EVENT DATE!
